Anna Nicole Smith has died. Sometime I like to see what the connection is between a celebrity and Pittsburgh. Sometimes it falls into my lap, and sometimes I use google. A quick search for Anna Nicole Smith and Pittsburgh reveals a pretty major connection, which I knew about but forgot. Anna Nicole Smith hired Pittsburgh’s own Cyril Wecht to perform an autopsy on her son who died last year of a drug overdose. Will Wecht be hired to perform an autopsy on Smith?
The highly reliable blog, Seriously? OMG! WTF?, reported that in Nov. 2006 Smith has still not paid Wecht’s bill. Seriously.
