Vegetables, delivered

Bob Batz gives the rundown on Community Supported Agriculture in today’s Post-Gazette. In community-supported agriculture, people support a farm by subscribing to a share of the season’s produce. Batz quotes organic farmer Don Kretschman (from whom we get our vegetables), and I also get quoted about halfway down the column. Elsewhere in the paper (can we call it that when we read it online?) there’s a list of farms with descriptions and contact information. If you are interested in eating more locally (or in eating more, locally) consider supporting area farmers in this way this spring.
