Peduto pulls out of race, neglects to update website

The Post-Gazette and Tribune-Review and WDUQ are reporting that Bill Peduto has withdrawn from the Democratic primary for mayor. His campaign staff must be pretty bummed; as of this writing, his website still proclaims that he’s a contender.

This means that Luke Ravenstahl tromps ahead unopposed. Once he’s annointed Democratic nominee, will there really be a race in the fall? Will Peduto come back as an independent? We don’t know — but Mac’ll be watching.

Question asked, perhaps a snare: “Once he’s anointed Democratic nominee, will there really be a race in the fall?”

Yes, I expect a race in the fall, I’ll do my best and have plenty to say about issues and leadership. Question remains, what do others want to do? Help or hinder?
